    45 min session or meal support- $185

    60 min session or meal support- $200

    30 min meal support- $125

Policies

Cancellation policy

We understand that unexpected events occur, however, our cancellation policy requires 24 hours notice. Late cancellations or no shows will incur a $70 cancellation fee.

Pre-appointment details

Completion of all intake paperwork is necessary and will need to be completed at least 48 hours prior to your initial appointment.

Attendance policy

To ensure efficacy of care we require you to attend at least 1 session a monthly to avoid discharge. Decisions relative to this are made on a case by case basis.
